BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Sycamore Cottage is available throughout the year for weekly self-catering lettings. Shorter lettings including weekends and longer lettings for business people may be available on application. Normally, lettings extend from 1600hrs Saturday, to 1000hrs the following Saturday. Bed linen and towels are provided. Gas and electricity are included but a small extra charge for heating is made during the winter months. Secure & secluded parking at all times included in our tariff.
To make an availability enquiry please fill in the online form or telephone us. If the cottage is available between the dates you specify and you wish to proceed with a booking, you will receive confirmation via e-mail or telephone and your reservation will be held for a period of one week pending receipt of a £50.00 deposit (per week).

(payable to C. Pickett), postal order or cash only. The balance
owing must be paid on arrival.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit paid is non-refundable

LOW SEASON - January, February, November, December (THIS EXCLUDES CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR) £275.00 per week Minimum stay 2 nights - £60.00 per night MID SEASON - March, April, October (THIS EXCLUDES EASTER) £300.00 per week Minimum stay 2 nights - £60.00 per night
MID/HIGH SEASON - May, June, September & Easter £325.00 per week
HIGH SEASON - July, August, Christmas and New Year £375.00 per week Please Note:- We maintain a No Smoking policy inside the cottage.
